Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to create and implement age appropriate lesson plans that successfully engage children and foster physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.
2. Provide equal care, love, and respect for all children in the school
3. Create an environment that ensures the health and safety of the children in the classroom
4. Maintain positive staff/parent relationships
5. Actively participate in professional development opportunities.
6. Communicate information about children to Lead Teacher and/or Director regarding health and safety issues, etc.
